Pig cleaning technology

Kiesel creates manual and automatic pig cleaning system for the purpose of complex cleaning with several launching-/ receiving-stations, pigable distributors, switches and integrated CIP/SIP system.
Kiesel offers the pigs made of various materials and pig designs: cylindrical pigs, lip pigs and compact lip pigs.
Kiesel produces for all industries (cosmetic, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, paint) inlet and outlet valves: seat valve, piston valves (straight way ball valve, three-way ball valve, cross piston valve), ball valves (straight way, three way).

Wine-Cellarage technology

Kiesel cellarage technology covers pipe systems, fittings, valves, pumps (eccentric screw, impeller, circle), heating/cooling and cleaning technology, flotation and reverse osmosis.

Tartaric stabilization by electrodialysis

Tartaric (wine and juice) stabilization using electrodialysis(ED) has made conventional chemical,physical and thermal procedures obsolete. The eletrodialysis with its reliable stability test (according to INRA) has proven itself worldwide in well known cultivation areas and it has been approved by the German agricultural department without any restrictions whatsoever. You could also benefit from the numerous advantages of the electro-dialysis.

For a lot of different industrial usage, Kiesel produces eccentric screw pumps, impeller pumps and is gentle conveying and customizing for appropriate fluids, viscosity and any other characteristically needs.
